New German Medicine & Recall Healing is a meeting of two sciences: biology and psychology in the context of neuroscience and epigenetic, which changes the way of thinking about the mutual interactions of biological and mental processes.

In order for disease to occur, you must experience a dramatic event that deeply touches you.

This is the general way to say about the cause of disease from the perspective of GNM. 

First, it doesn't matter what you experience, it's how you perceive the situation. For some, the loss of a job will cause panic, and for others it will become an opportunity to develop and look for something more adequate. The same goes for accidents, deaths, and all other difficult experiences. “Facts don't matter. What matters is what you think about them." Secondly, what you experience in a given situation must touch you really deeply. It's hard to find a scale to relate to here, but you know exactly when what you're going through is really serious.

If the brain is overloaded with excessive stress, one that it can't handle, it will bring it down to the level of the body.

The wisdom of biology and its purposeful operation is also manifested in how this excessive stress will be brought down to the level of the body. How will such treatment manifest itself, in what form of disease, where will it be located, etc. The creators of GNM, based on numerous observations, noticed that specific biological conflicts (read this excessive stress that we cannot cope with) manifest themselves in specific diseases. Based on this thesis, an index of diseases was created, after which we can check what was the cause of our disease. In such an inventory, there is usually not a single situation assigned, but a whole container with specific characteristics and qualities.

GNM works wonder on its own and as a support for other therapies in order to stop the problem from reoccurring.
